Eazey 90-Day “No Questions Asked” Refund Policy

We stand behind every Eazey product and want you to feel completely confident in your purchase.

If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied, we offer a no-questions-asked refund — no explanations required. Simply contact us within 90 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at life@eazeydreams.com with your order number and name.
Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with simple next steps.

No Return Necessary (for Most Orders)

In most cases, we don’t require you to send anything back. If a return is needed for quality control reasons, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions.

Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to post the refund.
